Qc Inspector

We’re Hiring: QC Inspector for a leading provider of engineering, fabrication, and construction services for the oil & gas sector. Ensure quality standards, client specifications, and industry requirements are met.

Requirements

• Perform inspection activities in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for materials, fabrication, and installation works.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with quality requirements, procedures, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely inspections and avoid delays.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, and documentation for traceability and audit purposes.
• Witness and verify testing activities as required, including NDT coordination where applicable.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up for corrective actions.
• Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and in good condition.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the QA/QC Engineer or Quality Manager.
