We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to play a key role in enhancing customer experience at the service centre and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role and a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Requirements
- Greet customers and visitors upon arrival and guide them through the service process.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.
- Arrange and manage service appointments, including reminder calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls - connect, transfer, and route inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and respond to general customer inquiries.
- Follow up on customer complaints and assist in preparing feedback reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Manage switchboard operations and support internal communication.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Support the Service Manager with additional duties as required.
