Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Foreman to lead daily shop floor operations and supervise CNC machining personnel. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while fostering a strong team environment.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of CNC machinists, operators, and setup personnel
- Assign jobs, manage workflow, and ensure production schedules are met
