Job Description
Seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Foreman to lead daily shop floor operations, supervise CNC personnel, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of CNC machinists, operators, and setup personnel
- Ensure production schedules are met, projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and parts meet quality standards
- Enforce safety policies, shop procedures, and housekeeping standards
