Job Description
Alistair Group is seeking a Human Resource Officer to serve as the operational backbone of the HR function, executing core HR processes with accuracy and consistency. The role demands initiative, strong coordination skills, and a hands-on approach to resolving day-to-day HR issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 5 years experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid Human resource practicing Licence
