Executive Recruiting Director – EMEA at AlixPartners, responsible for leading the executive recruiting team and function in EMEA, covering the UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East, focused on Partner (non-equity) and Partner & Managing Director (equity) candidates.
Requirements

- Formidable knowledge of the consulting and related candidate pool landscape
- Strong understanding of the core business drivers and executive considerations within a consulting or similar professional services organization
- Strong orientation to develop and motivate a team
- Eye to detail, especially in written communications, reports, and presentations
- Experience leading an executive search team / function in EMEA within a consulting or professional services organization
- Experience working in an executive search firm is strongly preferred
- Passion for prose - a proven ability to write concise, action oriented, clear executive communications, reports, and executive / Board-ready documents
- Strong sense of ownership - holds oneself personally accountable for the team’s success and opportunities for improvement
- Excellent client-service orientation - able to influence, present to, and successfully collaborate with a range of executive stakeholders across a complex matrix
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to work independently to drive multiple, shifting priorities with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German, French and/or Italian considered a plus
- A sense of humor and humility
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to travel, as required
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, as needed and in particular as unique projects/needs arise
