Requirements

• DEC or BAC in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean tools and project management
• Experience in tracking and quantifying cost reductions
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Collaborative leadership, autonomy, and initiative
