Requirements

• Deploy continuous improvement methodologies and ensure their consistency
• Pilot continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
• Follow and improve KPI (SQDC)
• Prioritize actions based on impact and ROI
• Accompany management and lead change
• Coordinate local and regional initiatives
• Deploy best practices within the Business Unit
