RESPONSABLE AMELIORATION CONTINUE

The Continuously Improving Responsible will be responsible for piloting and deploying the site's continuous improvement strategy to optimize performance durably, ensuring compliance with standards in terms of Safety, Quality, Service, Costs, and Team.

Requirements

• Bac+5 (Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality or equivalent)
• 8 to 10 years in an industrial agro-food or FMCG environment
• Certified Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt would be an asset
• Master of Lean tools and structured problem-solving
• Ability to understand the mechanisms of operational cost structuring
• Solid understanding of regulated environments, Safety, Quality, Environment
• Transversal leadership and strong orientation results
• Ability to accompany change and influence the terrain
