Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Overview Implementation, coordination, and evaluation of measures to optimize production processes and value streams at the location Strategic responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity Integration of previously separate departments into continuous, location-crossing value streams Analysis and creation of value stream maps (current/ target status) to identify and prioritize improvement projects Planning and implementation of training on Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving methods, and standardized CI approaches Leadership of cross-functional continuous improvement projects in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders Responsibility for creating, implementing, and sustainably tracking the TEOA implementation plan Stabilization of operational basics as well as further development in strategic CI topics

Requirements

• Completed successful study in the field of engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Continuous Improvement
• Experience in leading and implementing improvement and optimization projects
• Fundamental background in a manufacturing company with a strong link to operational processes
• Lean/ Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt advantageous
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking as well as safe handling of MS Office
• Outstanding communication and persuasion skills combined with high self-motivation
• Structured way of working with strong organizational and time management skills as well as clear hands-on mentality and shopfloor proximity
