Manager Continuous Improvement (m/w/d)

Responsible for the strategic and operational development of our Continuous Improvement Systems at the Ottobrunn location, driving a sustainable Lean and digitalization culture, and leading teams and management to achieve excellence in processes and performance.

Requirements

• Overall responsibility for CI strategy and CI roadmap at the location
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of TEOA & Digital Factory Teams at the location
• Control and prioritization of Lean, TEOA and Digital Factory initiatives
• Coaching and enablement of employees, managers and management in Lean methods and problem-solving
• Promotion of a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture at all levels
• Moderation and leadership of Kaizen events, workshops and shopfloor formats
• Planning, tracking and reporting of the CI plan including operational savings; monthly KPI reporting to management
• Support and coordination of digitalization initiatives (e.g. data transparency, shopfloor visualization)
• Close cooperation with Production, Technical, IT, Quality, EHS, Site Management and interface to regional TEOA team
