Job Description
Alkegen is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical safety programs, direct employees, and manage maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of maintenance management experience in a light/heavy industrial environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of maintenance management experience in a light/heavy industrial environment
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Ability to interact with vendors and internal customers
