Job Description
Serta Simmons Bedding seeks a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their New York facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operational excellence, experience in manufacturing and maintenance, and a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5â7 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance, including leadership of highly technical teams
- 5+ years of experience managing safety and risk programs
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Electrical certification is a plus
