Job Description
First Quality is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its First Quality Tissue facility in Lock Haven, PA. The position is responsible for leading the maintenance processes to ensure reliability, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 10 years' experience in the maintenance field, with experience in Paper Machine preferred
- Three to five years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisory position
- Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills in aiding the reliability of the operation
