Project Manager

All 5's Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team in Phoenix, AZ. A successful candidate in this role will supervise and develop direct reports, contribute to estimating, and manage project schedules and finances.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry
• High school diploma required
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with specialty scopes such as specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, exterior cladding systems, building expansion joints, wall protection, building accessories and door & hardware
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Exposure or experience with Primavera P6 or other construction accounting and scheduling programs
• Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry
• Ability to lead and desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees
