Registered Behavior Technician

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
