Requirements
- RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
