The role requires a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about early childhood education and thrives in a dynamic, child-focused environment.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of ODJFS licensing rules and Step Up To Quality (SUTQ)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean BCI/FBI background check
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving capabilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
