All Things Metal Industries is seeking an Internal Construction Recruiter to join their team. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting and welcoming the right people to the team, managing the hiring process, and supporting employees throughout their careers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in related field, construction recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
