Job Description
Schnabel is looking for an experienced Recruiter to help hire field employees and skilled trades. The Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, building field recruitment plans, and presenting candidate pipelines to leadership for hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in both Spanish and English
