Job Description
Allegion is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine/CNC Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will set up and operate basic CNC functions, perform repetitive tasks, and conduct quality inspections. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, collaboration with team members, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Set up and operate basic CNC functions following detailed instructions and established procedures
- Perform repetitive tasks such as loading/unloading parts on machines, attaching components, and operating hand tools
- Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure tools and machines are operational
- Perform routine quality inspections using basic measurement tools
- Identify and segregate defective parts for supervisor review
- Maintain accurate records of production counts and defect reports
