Create and implement India people strategy, lead talent acquisition, performance management, and total rewards. Manage employee relations, HR operations, and lead local HR team. Champion inclusion and drive HR team engagement.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of Indian labour laws, new labour codes, and experience managing compliance and audits.
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing technical talent, including engineering, software, and IT talent.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, coaching, and change management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and people analytics.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and across geographies.
- Fluency in English; Hindi or a major regional language preferred.
- Experience in senior HR leadership supporting technical, engineering, or R&D organizations, preferably in GCC or multinational experience.
