Job Description
Allegion is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to lead the development and implementation of the Operational Excellence (OPEX) model and roadmap, driving transformation and embedding operational excellence across the organization. The role involves developing and implementing the OPEX model, coaching leadership teams, and tracking progress against long-range goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of world-class lean manufacturing, transactional or functional experience
- Extensive experience with GEMBA-based continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent leadership & facilitation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
