Job Description
The Operations Leader is accountable for leading employees to deliver strong operational results for the facility while building a strong safety culture and improving the site’s progress with continuous improvement application to our process.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing facility or environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree in related area preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification is preferred at time of hire and required within two years in job
- Lean manufacturing experience
