Role Overview

The Plant Leader oversees the activities of the manufacturing operations through a team of supervisors and group leaders, ensuring quality products are delivered on time. This role consistently improves efficiency through Lean Six Sigma deployment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include driving safety policies, deploying Lean Manufacturing techniques, providing leadership for employee relations, monitoring operations for efficiency and safety, and overseeing production supervision staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management
• 8 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
• General accounting knowledge
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to motivate while holding people accountable
• Must be able to build strong teams and clearly articulate roles and responsibilities
