Plant Engineering Leader

Role Overview

The Technical Leader provides technical leadership to the Waxahachie Plant, driving results in safety, technical excellence, and process optimization. This role will lead engineering salaried direct reports and have organizational responsibility for several MLP's development.

What You Will Do

Lead in safety, technical excellence, and process optimization, including identifying and implementing process development improvements, participating in project scope development and execution, and developing and documenting manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive technical experience in a manufacturing environment
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading people
