Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient day-to-day operation of the Edmonton Plant. The role leads production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people objectives while supporting a strong continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a safetyâcritical, continuousâoperation setting.
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing systems, production management, and maintenance interfaces.
