Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist provides support to the organization to enable development, engagement, and support for the assigned businesses as well as general support to HR team members and leaders. This position will work closely with people across two manufacturing locations and will push you to gain a full understanding of how to support Allegion’s business strategies through people.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources including: talent acquisition and management, benefits, employee relations, change management, local and federal law knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred), Organizational Leadership, Management, Finance, Communications, other related field.
- Strong technological skills, including HRIS experience (Workday, UKG, Kronos) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
