Job Description
Starkey is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist to be the face of HR at Starkey's Global Distribution Center (GDC) in Plainfield, Indiana. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Certification by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) preferred
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
