Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations and provide guidance to employees and managers across three sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 1 year of HR experience
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and basic employment law
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems
- U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
