Job Description
Allegion is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 20-40 hourly associates on 2nd shift at their Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising fabrication operations, driving improvements, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience of a team of similar size in a manufacturing setting
- Previous experience in fabrication highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, etc.) preferred
- Exposure, knowledge, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principals highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop people
- Proven ability to drive engagement within a team environment
- Analytical thinking skills and critical thinking mindset
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
