Job Description
Allegion is seeking a Plant Manager for their Stanley Access Technologies location in Farmington, CT. The Plant Manager will be responsible for driving continuous and significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute a manufacturing 5-year strategy, coach and mentor a team, and ensure key manufacturing metrics are consistently tracked.
Requirements
- Drive rapid, significant and sustainable improvement in on-time delivery, lot size, lead time and cost reduction
- Provide leadership necessary for the development and execution of a manufacturing 5-year strategy
- Lead regular KPI reviews with Operational and Business unit leaders
- Coach and mentor an outstanding team
- Ensure key manufacturing metrics and key performance indicator systems are consistently tracked
