Plant Manager

Allegion Hollow Metal is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead our Southern California manufacturing facility, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver safe, on-time production of hollow metal doors and frames while upholding the highest standards of quality and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related business discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations leadership
• Purposeful lean implementation experience that delivered both cultural and operational excellence.
• Progressive experience as a site leader in a manufacturing organization, with broad functional oversight including leadership of safety, manufacturing/production, quality, engineering, materials and planning.
• Demonstrated performance of providing value to drive growth and improved business health.
• Strong interpersonal and high-performance team building skills, with ability to develop collaborative relationships, influencing up, down and across organizational lines.
