Plant Manager

JELD-WEN is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations, drive KPIs, and implement LEAN manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business, finance, and quality control, with experience in manufacturing process improvement and LEAN manufacturing. The role involves leading and managing a team, implementing safety and preventative maintenance programs, and coordinating with R&D and Engineering to develop new products and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field or Associate's degree in a related field with 10 years' experience in a managerial capacity
• 7-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sawmill and millwork industry
• Strong knowledge of business, finance, quality control systems, and standards
• Advanced leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applicable software applications
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
