Quality Manager

Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and Security. Allegion is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead product quality and reliability for a metal fabrication plant producing steel doors and frames for high-end rated applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment leading quality or engineering functions with demonstrated hands-on shop-floor experience.
• Direct experience in metal fabrication preferred; experience with steel doors, frames, or similar rated metal products strongly preferred.
• Practical knowledge of root-cause analysis, SPC, MSA (gage R&R), PFMEA, control plans and CAPA systems.
• Familiarity with inspection requirements for welded assemblies, dimensional tolerances, coatings/finishes and hardware integration.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills; effective at influencing across organizational levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); preferred experience with Power BI.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
