Your role as a Learning Experience Designer at Allens will involve driving the firm's digital strategy, establishing best practice, and embedding digital learning throughout our curriculum. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end digital learning experiences, facilitating training, establishing design standards, and measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in training, learning and development or related roles
- Demonstrated experience designing digital and blended learning (beyond elearning)
- Relevant bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate study
- Practical experience using authoring and design tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Understanding of UX, human-centred design and inclusive design
- Experience managing projects and competing priorities using structured tools and methodologies
- Curiosity, creativity and love experimenting with new ideas and ways of working
- Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., listening, coaching, negotiating, influencing)
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships
- A desire to learn, grow, and mentor others
