Agero is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create innovative learning solutions that drive business strategy forward. The role requires designing and launching end-to-end learning experiences, developing a variety of learning offerings, and leveraging AI tools to create personalized learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of adult learning theory, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a portfolio of relevant sample content.
Requirements
- Design and launch end-to-end learning experiences for an enterprise audience
- Develop a variety of learning offerings: eLearnings, in-person and virtual instructor-led workshops, videos, AI-enabled practice scenarios, and other on-demand resources
- Leverage AI tools to create personalized learning experiences, accelerate development, and enhance learner engagement
- Enable seamless learning in the flow of work via leading edge program design, AI-enabled resources, and creative integrations
- Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives with subject matter experts and key stakeholders
- Use performance, engagement, and other data sources to prioritize work and drive continuous improvements
