Senior Learning Experience Designer

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to design scalable, engaging, and performance-driven learning experiences using AI-enabled content creation and instructional design fundamentals.

Requirements

• Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and resources aligned to business priorities and L&D strategy
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create experiences that drive knowledge retention and on-the-job application
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and impactful learning content
• Leverage AI enabled tools and platforms to enhance learning design, content development, personalization, and operational efficiency
• Design and produce high-quality video learning content using AI-driven and traditional video creation tools
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and analytics to iterate on programs based on performance data
