Senior Learning Experience Designer

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer with strong instructional design fundamentals and a passion for AI-enabled content creation to design scalable, engaging, and performance-driven learning experiences.

Requirements

• Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and resources aligned to business priorities and L&D strategy
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create experiences that drive knowledge retention and on-the-job application
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and impactful learning content
• Manage the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and publishing
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and analytics to iterate on programs based on performance data
• Stay current on learning technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continuously innovate the learner experience
