Job Description
The RCM Refund Specialist processes patient and insurance refunds, researches patient accounts, and prepares financial reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of experience in a healthcare billing setting
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills, including word processing and data entry
