Requirements

• Establish, implement and maintain departmental policies and procedures
• Manage cargo or ground operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with customers, third-party service providers, and government agencies
• Conduct audits, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for safe and efficient handling of ULDs
