Job Description
We are seeking an Airport Concierge to deliver a seamless end-to-end airport experience to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, safety-obsessed aviation environment.
Requirements
- Greet client upon arrival at the airport with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Escort clients through security
- Assist with luggage ensuring it loaded to the correct destination
- Continuously monitor flights and communicate any gate changes, delays, early arrivals or cancellations to the client
