Job Description
Lounge Agents welcome guests into the Wingtips Airport Lounge, arrange for special services, and assist with any questions. The goal is to make each guest feel special by delivering exceptional customer service, making them eager to return.
Requirements
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, communicating with them by name whenever possible.
- Offer amenities to guests as needed.
- Respond to guest requests for assistance or information on Airport/Airline operations.
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Communicate with food attendant to ensure food products are of high standard in freshness and appearance.
- Replenish items if needed.
- Ensures a safe work environment by following all AGI rules and regulations regarding the workplace.
- Maintain the level of service expectations at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
