As a Passenger Service Supervisor with Alliance Ground International, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and safety at every step of a traveler's journey. Provide exceptional customer service, lead teams, and make recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents and Leads on shift
- Assign duties as needed, and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service as per AGI and airline specific standards
