Job Description
As a Pharmacy Consultant at Alliant Insurance Services, you will provide day-to-day pharmacy program expertise and contribute to new business initiatives, supporting the delivery of consulting projects to prospects and clients. Requirements
- Provide day-to-day pharmacy program expertise for the National Employee Benefits group
- Contribute to new business initiatives
- Support the delivery of consulting projects to prospects and clients
- Develop client strategies and prepare client deliverables
- Build and foster relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
- Review Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) contracts and financial analysis
- Participate in client conference calls or meetings
- Educate local region staff on pharmacy topics and identify key sales opportunities
- Review pharmacy reports and identify key trends with comparison to benchmarks
- Contribute to the development of new tools and products
