Job Description
The Region Pharmacy Consultant will serve as a strategic partner to Market Leaders and their teams, providing pharmacy benefits subject matter expertise and driving new client growth and retention. This role may require up to 50% travel and will work with HUB's analytics platform and PBM's decision support tools to justify pharmacy solutions.
Requirements
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD is valued but not required
- 5+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry
- Prior Employee Benefits brokerage experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy solutions
