Job Description
We are seeking a Central Relationship Manager - Squad Lead to nurture a portfolio of remotely managed SMEs, with line management responsibility for a small team of Central Relationship Managers. The role involves building rapport with business owners, understanding their business plans and ambitions, and supporting them through secured lending, current accounts, and deposit facilities.
Requirements
- Successfully remote relationship managing a portfolio of established SME businesses
- Proactive Credit risk management of your portfolio
- Leading and developing a small team of relationship managers
- Communicating and tracking key objectives within your portfolio and your team
- Actively managing your own objectives and personal development plan
