We are looking for a motivated people person, with a keen eye of detail to work in a Payments team in a fast-moving role where they can make a difference to a team throughout the day, grow and learn within the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Payments (inbound and outbound payments)
- Experience in financial services
- Experience using core banking systems
- Experience in dealing with complex payment queries
- Experience of core processes (e.g., payments processing, complaints, reconciliation, Direct debit management, general payment queries)
- Experience in working with workflow / task management tools
- Knowledge of financial services rules and guidelines
- Enthusiastic and articulate, whilst being motivated by a need to help people
- Organisational and good time management skills
- Act as an ambassador/advocate for Customer within the Bank
- Adhere to quality control requirements and ensure compliance with policy
