As the Payment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, oversight, and management of the Bankās payment operations, including payment channels, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in payment operations, banking operations, or a related financial services discipline
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Reserve payment services, ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, and card operations
- Experience managing day-to-day payment processes and operational controls in a regulated banking environment
- Understanding of operational risk management and compliance requirements related to payments
