Allied is a leading owner-operator of urban workspace in Canada's major cities. The Manager, Construction will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects across Allied's occupied portfolio, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results.

Requirements

• Project Management
• Finance
• Tenant Coordination
• College Diploma or University Degree in engineering, interior design, architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, architecture, engineering, or project management
• Experience delivering tenant improvements / fit-out projects within occupied buildings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes and regulations, permitting municipal approval processes, and contract types
